Let’s start by defining, what is a proof of registration and validity of rights?
The proof of registration and validity of rights is a procedure that allows the interested party to know what their current situation is before the RAN, regarding their agrarian rights on their parcels or lands of common use.
But, what benefits me to carry out this procedure?
The main benefit obtained is to record the rights derived from acts and documents registered in the National Agrarian Registry, related to communal ejidal property and any other that is registered in the registry entries. This within a period not exceeding 60 business days.
Can anyone carry out the procedure?
People who can do it are:
- Interested
- Any duly accredited person with an interest in registering the service.
- Legal representative.

Certificate of Validity of Individual Rights: Through which, the institution certifies that an agrarian subject has rights in ejidos or communities.
Proof of Registration: It certifies that the registration of an Assembly Agreement was made before the RAN.
Register of Ejidatarios: It is the updated list of ejidatarios or community members with rights of an agrarian nucleus.
It is necessary to mention that, to carry out these procedures, since we live in a fairly changing environment, it is important to take into account:
- In person: At the RAN delegation office in your state, with opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- By telephone: You can consult the documentary requirements of the procedures through the free line RANtel 800 999 1931, with service hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
Consultation service through SMS: You can send a text message to the number 37071 with the word RAN, leave a space, enter the application number (11 digits) and you will be receiving a message with the current status of your procedure.

Let’s start by defining, what is a Title or Certificate of Ejidal Contribution?
This is a procedure that, in addition to being necessary, allows the applicant to acquire rights that the law grants to those who go to the National Agrarian Registry, to present documents that formally record the commercial companies and owners of agricultural, livestock or forest land.
Let us remember that the quality of an ejidatario will be accredited by:
- The certificate of agrarian rights issued by the competent authority.
The parcel or common rights certificate. - The sentence or relative resolution of the agrarian court.
This procedure can be resolved in less than 60 business days, which can only be done by the following people:
- Interested
- Any duly accredited person with an interest in registering the service.
- Legal representative.
To carry out the procedure, it is necessary that the interested party or the duly accredited person have the following documentation:
- Application form FF-RAN-01
- Proof of payment of fees
Unique Population - Registry Code (CURP) of the applicant
- Valid official identification of the applicant
